Handcrafted in Estelí by José “Pepin” and Jaime Garcia, La Antiguedad pays homage to the Garcia family’s deep Cuban heritage. Its Habano Rosado Oscuro wrapper, imported from Ecuador, drapes over a double binder of Nicaraguan Criollo and Corojo, with filler tobaccos sourced from the family’s private farms in San Rafael, Las Quebradas, and San José—each leaf aged a minimum of three-and-a-half years for exceptional depth.

From the first lighting, it opens with a bold chorus of espresso and dark chocolate, underscored by cedar and pepper. As the smoke settles, luxurious layers of roasted nuts, leather, and earth emerge, imparting a lingering finish of sweet spice and creamy cocoa.
